It has been a really exciting summer for me, as I have partnered with two assistive technology companies to help guide their products and solutions into the K-12 market. As many of you know, I offer assistive technology evaluations, webinars, and professional development.

XNote.ai takes advantage of merging digital pen technology and AI to help students summarize their handwritten notes. Students can take notes with the XNote.ai digital pen and then augment their notes using the built-in AI features. Using XNote on your Android or iPhone lets you record classroom lectures and provides a synced transcript and summary. XNote includes a number of AI features that take handwritten notes to the next level.
UbiDuo 3 offers students who are deaf or hard of hearing the opportunity to interact face-to-face with their hearing friends. This is an ideal solution for the school and classroom, providing a level of support that is not available at a moment's notice. While UbiDuo 3 is commonly found in libraries, municipal offices, and government offices, it has not been readily available in schools. I will be heading up the K-12 business development, so if you know of any schools that could benefit from using the UbiDuo 3, then get in touch with me.
